Welcome to your beautifully remodeled retreat in the heart of the city! This ground-floor apartment has been thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. Flooded with natural light, the space is both bright and inviting. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps up to 3): 1 Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-sized bed and full blackout shades for a restful night's sleep. Additional Guests: A memory foam twin bed and a sofa are available. KITCHEN & DINING: The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, featuring a new gas range, a full-sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Finally, we have stopped allowing pets, unfortunately. It has caused too many issues with cleaning and noise, so please leave furry friends at home.

Other Details to Note

Entertainment: We provide a Roku streaming device for you to log into your personal Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and other streaming accounts. Cable TV is not available. Location & Noise: The apartment is on a fairly busy corner, so some street noise is possible. We provide full blackout shades and a white noise machine to ensure a restful sleep. Extra Guests: For parties of three, an additional fee of $25 per night applies. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests so we can prepare extra linens for your arrival. Upstairs Residents: This is a ground-floor apartment in a three-story building. The upper floors are occupied by quiet, long-term tenants. For your comfort, we've added extra sound insulation and a separate mini-split HVAC system for your private use.

House Rules

-Not 420 Friendly unfortunately. However, we don't mind if you do this outside of the home. -No drugs -Definitely no smoking. -No extra guests that are not listed. This is a very strict rule as we have to really keep the number of guests limited to the amount on the reservation. Also, we must respect quiet hours after 9:30 and turn down volume on music and TV. If the neighbors are complaining then you’re listening to something too loudly. -Be clean, communicative, but otherwise just enjoy your stay! - This last bit about enjoying your stay is the most important to us!

Neighborhood

Our place is just a few blocks to downtown Salt Lake! We are also right next to 3 major grocery stores including Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. Tons of food options in this neighborhood as well! A few neighborhood restaurants and bars are nearby if you'd like to peruse the local nightlife. In addition, we are only about 6 blocks away from one of Utah's only bar districts (it's a Utah thing) if that is your thing. We are also fairly close to Temple Square, Trolley Square, the University of Utah, ski resorts including Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude, and about 40 minutes to Park City. If you are here for the Sundance Film Festival, there are 2 participating theaters right down the street! You will be able to walk to and from any screening nearby!

The entire place! This unit is completely self contained with its own private entrance. Keybox code sent day of arrival. I am so excited to share this space with you!

Find us

One of the best parts about this location is that it is easy on and off the freeway, yet quiet enough to have a great nights' sleep. Salt Lake light rail (TRAX) is only a block away so you should be able to quickly get downtown for conferences, meetings, and downtown nightlife.
